Clinical Approach
My approach to therapy emphasizes a collaborative, trusting, and supportive environment. I focus on individual strengths, areas for growth, and symptom reduction to foster your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how these connections are affecting you.
I draw from several treatments that are strongly supported by scientific evidence. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Depending on your needs and area of focus, I also incorporate mental skills training to target sport and performance enhancement.
Therapy can help individuals become more introspective, reduce stress levels, manage burnout, and foster resiliency. My hope is that therapy offers you a safe space for you to be heard, validated, and be your authentic self so you can reach your goals.
